Return and Refund Policy

For all returns or cancelations, email: dynamicdesignspot@gmail.com with the information listed below. Please review our terms listed below.

Return and Cancelation Terms and Policies

  • We don’t process returns on ANY custom orders. If it has been 30+ minutes since placing your order, we can NOT do refund. 
  • Color variance. We accurately display the color of each product on this website to the best of our ability. However, due to color calibration differences between computer displays, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be an exact color of the product you receive.
  • We don’t accept returns on discontinued items or merchandise that is more than 30 days old.
  • You must make all claims for shortages or damages within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise.
  • We may provide a return label for damaged or products shipped incorrectly after verification.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice to ensure we can issue you a proper credit within 10-14 business days.
  • Custom orders may not be canceled unless approved by us. A cancelation charge of 25% will apply if approved by us.
  • All returns or cancelations, including, but not limited to refused shipments and custom decoration orders if approved, are subject to a 25% or $20 (whichever is greater) restocking charge, in addition to both outbound and return freight costs including, but not limited to, orders with free shipping and any customer shipping discounts. The outbound freight is freight that Dynamic Design Spot pays to have the order shipped to you. Anytime a product or entire order is returned, we recoup the paid freight on our end. This amount is prorated only for the pieces being returned.
  • Any original shipping costs and/or freight charges are non-refundable.
  • All returned items must include original packaging, tags, stickers, and must be in like-new condition.  (NOT used)
  • Any discontinued, closeout, and/or promotional item sales are final and are not eligible for return.
